• How can I track my order?

  You can check your order status on your account page. Once your order is shipped, Flyraa will share tracking details via email or SMS.

• How long will delivery take?

  Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Can I return or exchange my order?

  Currently, we do not offer returns or size exchanges. To help you choose the right fit, each product page includes detailed size charts, fit guidance, and measurements in both IN and CM before placing your order.

• Can I change my address after placing the order?

  Yes, you can change your delivery address within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us at support@flyraa.in for assistance. Once your order is shipped, we won’t be able to modify the delivery address.

• Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

  Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations. As we’re currently in our early stage, a small advance payment is required at checkout to confirm your order, while the remaining amount can be paid upon delivery.

• How do I choose the right size?

  Each product page includes a size chart in both IN and CM, along with a measurement guide to help you find your perfect fit.

• Are the products unisex?

  Yes, most Flyraa styles are designed to be unisex. You can check the fit details mentioned on each product page before ordering.

• Will the print fade after washing?

  Our prints are made for regular wear and durability. For best results, wash inside out in cold water and avoid ironing directly on the print.

• Why does the product color look slightly different from the pictures?

  Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
